This is a really excellent Vegan Multivitamin. The sources are great and the proportions are perfectly balanced. The taste and smell is mild unlike most Vegan vitamins. The pills are formed well and are not difficult to swallow, unlike many of the natural multis. I will continue to use and recommend this product. I am a retired doctor (now owner of scottydogbooks com as retirement will kill and reading is life enhancing) who practiced nutritional and herbal medicine for many years.
