About as good as it gets for a meal replacement bar. Calorie content high, however compared to any typical fast food meal, its much better all around. Taste is good in my opinion, kind of grows on you. Any bar that has that much protein will have some after taste, unless you mask it with sugar. This bar is just sweet enough. Really good for traveling, hiking, etc. Especially good for breakfast, warm it in a mircowave for 15-20 seconds. Similiar to the Trioplex bars, but better texture. trioplex bars seem ok, but a little too dry for me.Product Review: PROTEIN BAR

Tasty, but a little sticky. Also gave me mass heart burn and indigestion....not sure why as most protein bars do not.
