At the suggestion of our nurse, we use this stuff after every poopy. We have never had a bad diaper rash and the little ones are gone within a day of a good gooping of this stuff.Product Review: didn't work

seemed like desitin prevented the diaper rash from getting worse and sometimes even made it get a little better but it never got rid of the rash completely so it would come back. in all fairness my daughters diaper rash was the open wound kind so maybe it was to bad for the desitin to handle. balmex Balmex Zinc Oxide Diaper Rash Cream 4 oz.and triple paste medicated ointment Triple Paste Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for Diaper Rash, 2-Ounce (Pack of 2)did the trick. i say why waste the money on something that "may" work and go for the stuff that does work that is just as inexpensive. as a note, calmoseptineCalmoseptine Ointment to Prevent & Heal Skin Irritations 4 oz also worked well to heal pink or burnt skin from using products that did more harm than good.
