Product Review: Great Inexpensive Blades

I have been using a safety razor for about 20 years. These blades are as good if not better than Merkur and much better than other US brands (Gilette, CVS etc). They are also less than 1/2 the price of Merkur. I have a heavy beard, and do a great job with very infrequent cuts. Super product, shipped very fast. I can't say enough about these blades, and sharp. I do not nick myself as I do with the Merkur blades, no matter how safe I try to shave. These Derby's are wonderful; great value, great shave.Product Review: Great Razors!

These razors are very sharp and never rust. I find that they tend to be good for about 5-7 shaves.
The free aftershave was nice too, but much too fragrant for my liking.

I haven't every type of DE blade but after using the derby extras I don't feel I need to keep looking. They're sharp. And thats all we need in a razor. As to the duration of lasting sharpness its not extraordinary but I do tend to get two or three more shaves out of them then some of the other razors. And at 0.15 cent per blade its one of the best deals out there. I wont have to buy another pack of blades for 2+ years!
