Product Review: A great blade for sensitive skin

As others have mentioned this probably isn't the sharpest razor blade out there, but for me, someone who is prone to irritation and ingrown hairs, that's a good thing.
I've been using the Derby Extra for about five years now and absolutely love it. Where shaving was a pain before, it's now a joy. These give me a close enough shave that I only need to do so every other day, but not so close that my skin has issues.
I should mention that I swap out a new blade each time I shave to ensure cleanliness, but luckily with the price and sparse packaging I don't feel like I'm being overly wasteful to get the perfect shave.
So yeah, try them out, if you don't like them it's not like you're out a lot of cash...

Only giving 4 stars because I have only tried these and have nothing to judge them upon.
Insane value over Fusion/quattro disposables.
I shave against the grain and these have no problem doing it, especially when I can use a new one every two or three shaves if I want.
Packaging is excessive but better than you'd imagine. The boxes have a blade disposal slot, every blade is individually wrapped and placed 5 (maybe 6) to a tiny box. Blades work great, excel in cost per shave and I plan on buying more.

I have tried a few different type of blades, these are by far the smoothest and sharpest. With a badger brush, some good cream and a good razor, these just glide against the skin. Sooo smooth.Product Review: Amazing blades for an amazing price.

This is my first go at using derby razors. Though they aren't exactly the sharpest I've used, they certainly work the best when it comes to the amount of pressure I apply on the skin. My first shave with these blades left my face the smoothest I've felt in recent memory. I used it along side Conks bayrum glycerin shave soap and a merkur 180. It's definitely worth the price. Excellent product.
