I was very dissapointed in the product. You can get the gel hot enough and then sets okay, but really doesn't hold very well.. Very akward in the mouth, if you shave any down to fit better it really doesn't work. It was more uncomfortable to try to sleep with the guard in my mouth and so I ended up taking it out after about 2hours. My dentist fee for a custom mouth guard is $500.00. I purchased this guard for $25.00 and have been very pleased with the fit. No problems sleeping at night. Would highly recommend this product.
