Needed a mouth guard due to grinding of teeth. My TMJ muscles where out of place, face was in extreme pain. This mouth guard helped during the healing process. Still wear it every night. Would purchase again, can't beat the price compared to what you have to pay elsewhere.

This nightguard would be alot better if it provided a size that is in between the larger and smaller one provided. The larger one was too big and felt like the mouthguards I used to wear to play football and the smaller one didn't fit. It would be great if the this nightguard was thinner than the thick plastic it came with but I guess its better than paying $400 at the dentist.Product Review: Good over all, a little thick

I've tried using the guards that you can get at sports stores, but those were too big and I ended up spitting it out. I've also had the professionally done ones, but I chew through those in 3 months. This one was a little thick at first so I spit it out the first night. What had to be done was to reheat it and smear it over my teeth. After it cools, I cut off the extra bit. Its held up pretty well so far.
