I have tried several night guards and none of them have worked. They all fell out of my mouth while I was sleeping, and were also very uncomfortable. I purchased this night guard because the reviews were so favorable and I was glad I did. I use the small guard and it stays in all night and I can actually close my mouth when wearing it. It is a great alternative to spending $500-$600 on one from the dentist.Product Review: AWESOME!!!!

I like the small guard, it fits my mouth comfortably... I can even talk on the phone with it in! I used to wake up every morning with really bad jaw pain, especially when trying to chew. It stays in all night. I can't get over how perfectly it molded to my teeth. I heated it twice to get the impression deep enough for that vacuum-tight fit.
I really appreciate that this guy decided to sell these, especially because dental care is not very affordable, and the thought of having to spend a fortune for a bulky uncomfortable one is ridiculous! THANKS SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

I really like this night guard - it not only protects your teeth from damage due to bruxism (teeth grinding), it does so without the huge bulky feeling. Most importantly, it stays put throughout the night. I've tried other night guards and they either were too big for my mouth or they did not stay put so it obviously did not help me sleep well. I've been wearing this every night for a month now and have slept soundly since. I would definitely stick with this brand.Product Review: An inexpensive alternative.

This is a wonderful, inexpensive alternative to the drug
store variety or the dentist "prescribed" grinder (which cost me almost $500)! It is much better than the kind one buys at a chain drug store. The plastic has more give. It seems more santitary and friendly, not rigid or brittle. It is easier to form to your bite and more comfortable. If you have to wear one for yourself or your partner, I recommend this one very highly. I think microwave instructionsthey should be included for the fitting. I experimented with it; it worked wonderfully.

This guy is so nice and helpful. He sent me anothher one that he custom made to help me find something that would really fit my mouth., which is small with an off bit. Nicest guy ever!!!!!He's a hygenist too and really knows what he's doing, not just some random Joe who doens't know what he's doing!
