The cushion is great for relieving pain while sitting long hours in a task chair. I am happy with my purchase, but feel like the cushion is flattening out. It is not any kind of temper-pedic foam, however, the cushion s beginning to conform to the shape of my butt. I can see this cushion as ineffective in a couple of weeks.
