I have used this product twice and it does seem to eliminate the mites from clothes and other cloth materials. I am highly allergic to the ear mites, cats sometimes have and I did have a beautiful afghan my Mother gave me that I could actually feel the mites on.I know they say they do not live off the body, but depending on the mite, they do. Many of my treasured possessions were thrown away before I found out about De-Mite. I used this in the wash with the afghan and it did work.
Description of De-Mite Laundry Additive - 8 oz. bottle
Use this laundry additive along with your regular detergent to remove allergens in your bedding, clothing and other washable fabrics in all wash temperatures. Only 3/4 oz. is necessary to rid your laundry load of dust mite allergens, one of the single greatest sources of allergies.
