Just received the unit that I ordered as an Xmas gift, so it hasn't been used yet. However, the first thing that I noticed is that it is no longer shipped with tips for "4 popular" cell phone models, as shown on the Amazon website. It comes with just the tip for the RAZR. You can get a free 2nd tip with an enclosed coupon.
