I think all the good reviews are from people who sell this thing! The picture on the instructions shows the model resting her neck on it I could not rest my head on it, it would not support my neck. I found it very uncomfortable both at the back of my head, on my shoulder blade and on my buttock for sciatica. Will have another go before I send it back, so far its not lived up to expectations.
