I bought this product at a local grocery store. I am a fan of the biggest loser, so I decided to give it a try. I got home and tried it with 5oz of cold water... YUCK, so I gave it the benifet of the doubt and tried it with 5oz milk... results: YUCK, then I thought I just spent $19 on the small container... I tried putting it in the blender with milk,and ice cubes... Again YUCK... Save your money!!! If I could give it a negative rating I would.Product Review: biggest loser protein powder

The taste was ok, the smell was horrible!!! it was hard to get down just because of the smell. I drank it after running, which it didn't really feel like it kept me full or did anything. I also tried drinking it during the day at work when i dont have time to sit down and eat [combined it with fruit and pretzels]. Not so great....if you can handle the smell, you'll probably like it. I bought this product not really expecting to make it taste all that great, but I make mine with 8oz of silk vanilla flavored soy,and a tablespoon of vanilla sugar free pudding, and frozen fruit and it tastes great! I have one for breakfast after my run, and one for either dinner or lunch, so looking forward to the weight loss benefits from it. My friend has lost over 11 so far and another woman has lost 30 in two months on this product!
