Customer Review: A delicious way to get your post-workout protein (and fiber!)

I had reservations about this at first, but turned out to be one of the best 'protein' related purchases I've made to date. The red raspberry mix tastes great - very sweet, almost like liquid raspberry jello, but VERY drinkable, I didn't have to choke it down like most other protein mixes I've tried.
The canister has 17, 1-scoop servings which are 40 calories, 7g carbs, 6g fiber, and 6g protein. It's also high in Vitamin C. I funnel mine into a water bottle so I can avoid the super expensive "to-go" packaging, and then just shake it up with cold water and leave it in the car (since it's winter) to keep cool and then drink it on the way home from the gym. Helps you to hydrate and get some extra protein and fiber in after your workout.
As a hint, mix it up and let it sit a few minutes to ensure everything is dissolved. I have yet to have a problem with 'grit' which would normally make me gag. Definitely a delicious product!
