I've tried plenty of protein supplements and this is by far the best I've had because it is natural and contains no chemical sugars such as sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, etc. Even the protein powder supplements in Costco contain these zero calorie sugars but those types of sugars are so harsh on my digestive system and always seem to mess up my hunger mechanism and eating habits. This protein is not sweetened and doesn't really taste good per se, but it tastes good to me because it is simple and pure without a bunch of other stuff added in. I add in a tablespoon of L-Glutamine to this protein and shake it up in a blender ball shaker after my workout and helps me get the most out of my lifting sessions.
