Received this a few days ago and mixed one packet with a bottle of water today because I didn't have time for lunch. Mixed very well with a simple shake of the bottle, tastes great (a little tart but that's fine with me), and supplies 10g protein, 2g carbs, and 60 calories. Since I follow a low carb eating plan, this is a terrific way for me to get in some protein without extra carbs, calories, fat, or other junk. The box recommends one-two packets mixed with water taken at different times depending on your particular needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Hopefully Amazon.com will carry it in other flavors. Very refreshing during a power walk or workout. Do not hesitate to try this--you'll be very glad you did!
