Ok, so I have tried Lipo 6 black for hers and something else I can't remember from GNC and this is the best so far. I've only taken one dose but for me it gives me the same effects as phentermine (which I LOVE but can't afford right now). If you aren't used to stimulants then definately start with one! I am very used to diet pills so I took the full dose (2). It did give me the jitters but I don't mind that. Physically I am hungry but I don't have an appetite...in other words, my stomach burns so I know I need to eat something but nothing sounds appealing so it's easy to make a healthy choice. For me Lipo 6 gave me the energy boost but not the appetite suppressant part so I was just eating everything in sight. This does both...gives you energy AND suppresses your appetite. I'll post again after more time has passed. I only gave 4 stars just because I don't know long term results yet.
