It works first don't take the recomended dosage that is way to much, I take 2 scoops after I workout then 2 scoops before bed! I mix with 1 and 1 half cups of 2 percent milk it makes a great smooth shake, each shake is 460 calories, I have gained 3 pounds in 10 days. Make sure you workout hard or else this will go to your belly as fat!! My lifts have gone up also in the short time I have used this product. worth the money.
