Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Drink is, frankly, not the best tasting chocolate drink on the market but it does sort of grow on you over time. The important things for me are that it does pack in 20g of Protein, which your body needs after a workout to build up your muscles, and does not add excess sugar (I'm diabetic).
Drinking this after almost every workout over the past 4 months has seemed to help me to put on additional muscle mass, and seem to crave it now if I don't have it, but it is hard to quantify the results.
The plastic straws attached to the side of the cartons confused me at first, but the white and clear parts slide to extend to the correct length... easy once you do it right once.
