I've been using Muscle Milk light in the mornings for breakfast and sometimes an afternoon snack. Usually I just have one scoop with a cup of water, not the recommended 2 scoops. It tastes good and goes down easy. I have used the blenderball shaker (also ordered on amazon) and that leaves me with absolutely no clumps at all. Sometimes I just use a wire whisk in a glass and this also gives a nice smooth shake with just a few clumps. Overall, very pleased with this product and would recommend highly!
