As a long-time bodybuilder with a wicked fast metabolism, I can highly endorse Muscle Milk as a great product for muscle building and recovery. I take one in the morning to end sleep catabolism, and I find that I don't have to choke it down. That's right, chocolate Muscle Milk actually tastes good! It's honestly the only protein powder I've ever had that tasted pretty delicious. This was my first time getting the 5-lb. size and it was a great decision.
