Good stuff. IT is definitely helping me gain weight with regular gym visits. I prefer to use it with milk so I can cut the amount of powder I use by 1/4 to save money but still get the same amount of protein. I like the chocolate flavor, but made the mistake of buying the chocolate peanut butter one this last time. It is GROSS! I think I will stick to chocolate for now.Product Review: Good Stuff

I am a tall/thin man... i have been using this for about about 1 monnth now and have been working out for about 2 months.. this stuff not only tastes good, it made me feel and look bigger within a few weeks... i am lifting more, i feel more healthy, more energized, more muscle weight gain... i always take one shake right after working out... chocolate milk is my personal favorite... this is good for me because i want the calories for more weight plus the energy for working out... highly recomended if you want to look lean and strong, at the same time.Product Review: Good Stuff!

I was buying the ready-made boxed ones at the gym and decided to get the "big" container. I never liked any of the powder drink/shakes, but this one is fantastic. It has a great taste and makes water nice and thick (make sure you use very cold water). I've been using Muscle Milk for about 4 months now. It does help you lose weight, The muscle building part ... I work out five times a week and do have results, whether I would say its the Muscle milk or not ... I'd have to say it doesn't hurt. Muscle Milk does a good job on recovery as well, I have noticed that muscle soreness is minimal even after very hard workouts. Give it a try its good!Product Review: Good Taste

I've tried brands at Walmart (to save money) and the taste was terrible. This is at a reasonable price ... especially if you sign up for a subscription. Tastes pretty good (for a protein drink). Well I've gone through about 5 lbs of this stuff. One tub of Vanilla and also a tub of Chocolate Peanut butter. The good thing about this stuff is it tastes great, I dunno what this other guy is talking about, but this is one of the best tasting supplements out there. Performance wise, I've made a gain of about 5-7 lbs since I started using this, but with the large fat content in this stuff, be careful on how much you're taking and taking it at night like it is suggested is just a cheap way by the manufacturer to use it up quicker. After 2 tubs of it, its time to move onto a product with more protein and much less fat, I can get my fats somewhere else.
