I've tried probably a dozen kinds of protein powders. I found that this product has the absolute best taste so far (I like chocolate in skim milk) for the price, especially on Amazon. I ordinarily take the recommended serving right after I workout in the evening and have had some success gaining lean muscle in the two months I've been using it. Overall good quality nutrition and taste for price. Others have mentioned difficulty getting it to mix well. I use a magic bullet, so it only takes a second. I have one of those shaker bottles (with the spherical mixer ball inside) that makes quick work of it too.Product Review: Best stuff of all I've tried!

I love muscle milk. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is a little costly. But oh well, it's worth it! I was thinking about getting ON whey protein because it's so much cheaper, but it doesn't have nearly as much nutritional value as the muscle milk. I recommend the Cookies and Cream, and the Crème Brule flavors. Those are the only two I've tried and they are excellent! The best way I have found to prepare it is like 5 or 6 servings at a time. I throw 1 scoop per cup of milk in a blender, blend it up, put it in the fridge, and drink it throughout the day. This is the best way because it gives the powder time to dissolve and gives it better taste. I also found I drink it more consistently because it's a pain to mix it up every time you want some. So unless you're on a strict budget, I highly recommend this to anyone!Product Review: Better than the hype!

I've tried many and this one definitely is heads and shoulders above the rest. Not for the hard core athletes but for the serious builders who want to gain the healthy, natural way.
Tastes great; I've always tried the chocolate or the vanilla and while both are excellent, I prefer the vanilla since it can be mixed up with a bit more ingredients for some interesting flavours.
Also, it produces no side effects like some of the other brands I've tried and has no lactose, yet it tastes as close to a real milkshake as you'd expect.
I don't use it as often as recommended by the manufacturer and don't think anyone should but it is indeed perfect for use before bed. I personally use it immediately after working out and that works fine.
If you have not yet tried it, stop hesitating and get one. You won't regret it.
Product Review: Buyer beware if you have Hypertension/High Blood pressure

This product does blend well and taste great but, I used this product for about two months and I noticed my blood pressure increased from the time I started using it until I stopped. I've been off the stuff for about a week and noticed a dramatic decrease in my blood pressure. I check my pressure every morning. It began to creep up slowly but it was a steady increase. So if you have any questions about whether this stuff is bad for you just check your blood pressure and see if it has increased. This is only my experience but I wanted to share it with folks trying to be healthy. You may also have the same experience I did.
