It's easy, quick and dissolves great. Yes it has 200 mg of caffeine, yet unlike other sport/recovery type drinks I've had with caffeine you do not get the spike with jitters followed by a crash. It seems like you get a just want to do it feeling and works great on letting your muscles not be sore the next day. I sometimes replace my morning coffee with it, it works as a great get up and go drink also.
***Warning*** Do not take at night, you will not sleep. It's like supercharged, jitter free coffee. ;)
