Customer Review: Works great, longer workouts no jitters!

I have used this for a while now and I can feel it if I don't use it now. The lemon has no caffeine which I like so I don't get jittery like with Gaspari Super Pump 250...cannot sleep with that stuff. I am able to spend hours with decent consistent energy all the time. I lift more with it all the time and recovery seems a bit better and get more reps in and it really reduces the burn. No side effects I can see. I take it 40 minutes before and that seems to work best on an empty stomach. Takes a while to mix in and taste is fair...I don't drink it for that reason!
