Excellent taste. Tried banana creme and strawberry. Other reviews say used blender and didn't mix well. I just put 2 scoops in tall large glass...the pint sized beer glass then I add 3 ounces of pasteurized liquid egg whites and immediately stir with a fork. ( glass should only be half full.) Stir quickly and smash any large fragments. Then add cold water to the top and stir. Perfectly blended and easy to clean.... no lumps. No need to purchase and clean blender. After you're done soak cup in water, other wise it will cake.
I learned this in pharmacy school 20 years ago when we compounded your prescriptions.

I ordered the Banana cream Muscle Milk. I received the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk. The shipping invoice even mentioned banana creme. I do not have the time to arrange for return shipping so we will keep it but I am dissapointed in the mistake.Product Review: This is the one my son asks for
