CystoProtek is a very good product and is helping me to heal my entire urinary tract. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of pain relief and the re-building of the lining of their urinary tract. It does not prevent kidney stones, but helps to heal where the stones scratch inside the kidneys thru the bladder where the stones scratches. I have also learned that sorbic acid will dissolve the stones wherever they are in the tract. I have interstitial cystitis, a painful bladder disease. I was taking Elmiron, a very expensive medication, which nearly bankrupted me after ten years. My last mail-order was $996.00 for 3 months! After reading many reviews for Cystoprotek from other IC patients, I asked my urologist about them and he said I should try them. It's been two months and I feel just as good (if not better) as I did with the expensive medication. I use them in combination with over-the-counter Prelief (takes the acid out of food and drink, especially caffeine). If you are an IC patient, give them a try. I am so glad I did and would highly recommend them. Read Cystoprotek's official website directing how many to take (start out gradual), and finally to two capsules twice a day. I take two with breakfast and two with dinner. Then, order them from Amazon, it's the best value for your money. I get them auto-shipped once a month. I have suffered from IC for over 9 years. Medical doctors seem to be mystified by it and have been sympathetic but not very helpful... prescribing antibiotics and Elmiron (awful stuff!). I've gone thru several MD's to several Holistic Drs with little relief. Changing my diet and limiting alcohol helped somewhat but I was subject to flareups at anytime. Read about Cystoprotek in a newsletter by Dr. Susan Lark. Tracked it down on the internet to Amazon. The results have been like a gift from the heavens. Pain has stopped and I feel like a normal person again. We are not all the same and it may not work like this for you, but for me it did. I also take 1 Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM pill in the am & pm as well as drops in the pm that promote alkalizing the blood. I appreciate how prompt the delivery of this product is. I believe it is helping me with my Interstitial Cystitis, although I am not certain. But I will continue using this instead of some of the invasive procedures and alternatives my Urologist has suggested.Product Review: Cystoprotek- delivery fine. product seems ok.
