I believe Culturelle is one of the best Probiotics on the market today! I truly believe it is better than all leading advertized and Dr. recommended brands that are stated to be the best out there. This product has helped me personally as well as many to whom I have referred to using it, to help regulate my intestional track as well as help get it back into right working order when my system gets messed up. It was recommended to me by highly qualified doctors from Alternative & Complimentary Medical Facilities from top Hospitals in Indianapolis. I have used this product for years and when I try something else I end up always coming back to Culturelle because it does the best job in the quickest amount of time. But you must stay consistent and keep it up for longevity. It's not a one shot deal......you must keep it going as part of your regular diet.
