You could notice a difference just one week into using these strips. I went to a birthday party one week in and my whole family noticed too. I bought these as a reward for quitting smoking and I was very happy at how they got the yellow nicotine stains out. Love the size too. Very long so all the teeth that show when you smile get whitened.Product Review: Great product!

I been using this product for about 3 weeks and have seen a huge difference! I only use it once a day and haven't had any tooth sensitivity. My only problem is that I find the bottom strip hard to keep on, but overall it is well worth the money and have recommended this to friends.Product Review: Grossly over rated

If you use these they will make your teeth whiter but it tastes horrible and once your done with the kit you have to buy another to keep them white and then another and another. Save some money go to the dentist and talk about your options. Ohh and stop drinking coffee soda and using tobacco or teeth whitening in general is just pointless... unless you get vaniers...hmmm?
