This product actually made my teeth significantly but not comically whiter. I would definitely recommend this product over the store bought versions. I would recommend this product to ANYONE wanting their teeth whitened. I have gone through a BriteSmile process which worked very well...as it should for $600! With the economy being what it is, I was encouraged to find an alternative and more reasonable method of whitenening my teeth. It just so happens that I was in line someplace and noticed a women with SERIOUSLY white teeth. I asked how she accomplished this and she stated "Crest Whitestrips Supreme Professional Strength". This is how I came to this product. Her forewarnings were valid:
Teeth sensitivity
I NEVER knew how bad the wind can hurt your teeth after using this! Cold and heat can cause problems as well for the first two days. After that, you'll be fine.
Eating habits
In order to keep your teeth as white as possible, avoid eating/drinking ANYTHING that will stain a white t-shirt. Since I'm not a coffee drinker, that wasn't a problem. However, Coke and other dark-colored sodas were a favorite of mine and I gave them up for clear-colored soda. This will prolong the whiteness.
Quick effect
You will notice a difference after TWO applications (two above, two below). No joke! Your jaw muscles will start to hurt from smiling so much!
Gum sensitivity
If you put them on improperly and allow the gel to attach itself more to your gums, you will have "itchy" gums and it will burn. If this happens, stop using the product for a couple of days.
All-in-all, I like this product and will use it again in the future. I'm not yet finished with the entire 84-strip package, but intend to carry on with it. You will notice that people notice your smile a lot more, as will you!

Product Review: Safe, effective whitening with little fuss

This product is easy to use, and you can wear these strips while you do other things so it doesn't require a time-out. I noticed improved whiteness after three days with no problems. I have several porcelain veneers visible from the front when I smile, and these even out the whiteness in my uncapped teeth so my teeth are the same shade of white.I drink coffee and tea all day, and these are the best at keeping my teeth looking good.Product Review: Slippery when wet

The biggest problem with this product, other than the time it takes to lighten your teeth, is getting the strips to align to your teeth and not slip off. I actually had to use two whitestrips per row of teeth because the first one would invariably slide off or curl up in a ball at the ends.
The second problem is that what I was able to do using Touch of White Simple Kit 36% in three days still wasn't nearly as white as 10 days of these whitestrips. And if you look at the prices, you'll see why I was so happy to have found Touch of White after spending so much money on this product. So save your hard-earned cash and give TOW a try. And for sensitive teeth, be sure to pick up some Sensodyne! I use it for cold-water problems, so I didn't have any problems with this product.

This product almost works TOO good. After 1 week I stopped the supposed 21 day treatment since my teeth were as white as I would ever want them to be. I'll use the remaining strips as touch-ups as I need them. Worth the $40!
