When I ordered on line, Amazon stated orders over $25 no shipping charges. When order completed,shipping had been added. I tried to cancel--disallowed. Shipped by a aecond company, who casually denied ny claim and advised that I speak to you. I REFERRED ALL COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU, two weeks ago and have heard nothing.
