I didn't find this very effective. These are for sensitive teeth, but they really do not stay on long enought to see a differnce in bleaching. Maybe another Crest White that you leave on longer, may be more effective. I wouldn't purchase this one again. Super smile has a better toothpaste out that works great in lightening.

28 pouches: Each with 1 upper and 1 lower strip (56 total strips). 5 minute touch-ups. Removes tough stains from coffee, wine, smoking, etc. Protects from build-up of future stains. Once a day. 4 week supply. Enamel safe.
