I'm very happy with this product. The strips cover just the right number of teeth. I tried a suggestion I read online- drying my teeth with a paper towel before applying the strips- and it definitely made them stick better. With this method the strips held on firmly for 30 minutes and felt less noticible in my mouth, but they were still easy to remove. The strips didn't give me any tooth sensitivity, even though other whitening products have in the past.
I saw quite a difference in the first 3-4 days- my yellow stains (from 10 years of drinking coffee...) were almost completely gone. My teeth weren't super bright white like a movie star's, just pearly- a nice normal healthy tooth color. Since the results were much less noticable after that, and I was happy with how my teeth looked, I decided to save the second half of the pack for a touch-up a few months from now.
Definitely a good buy at Amazon's price- these things are $45 at Duane Reade here in New York!

These are the best Crest strips I have used and I have tried them all. But Rembrandt's green box version is a little better because their strip is thicker and better at staying in place when you are using them. The white you get is the same for both though, so either is excellent and buy them both and compare yourself.
