Customer Review: A little noisy, but it does clear odors well!

I admit I bought this mostly because I like penguins. I have allergies so I got this to put in my bedroom after reading other reviews about how good it is for people with breathing problems. I was a little surprised to see on the side of the box in small print that it's certified for a 36 sq. ft area. Really? Who has a 6 x 6 foot bedroom??? The fan is pretty loud on the high setting, too. It's hard to tell if it's clearing allergens out of the air but I am HAPPY to report that it does a great job of clearing odors. I have a big dog who sleeps on my bed with me, and he gets pretty gassy sometimes - bad enough that the odor will wake me from a sound sleep. I have found that running the air purifier on medium takes the odor out of the air VERY well. No more waking up to OMG what did you EAT??? Totally worth the purchase price!!!
