I love this humidifier, this is the second one I have purchased and I just bought another one. They work really well, the kids love to look at them and they are cute in the room. In fact last night my 2 year old wanted to hug and kiss the cow goodnight. I won't buy another humidifier for our home.Product Review: Cute but not practical

I've been using this one for about a month now and it seems to be as efficient as it is cute. However, it has one rather significant disadvantage - the water container (specifically cow's head) absolutely cannot be cleaned. My attempts to use Clorox in order to get read of organic residue and algae that tend to accumulate on the walls with a frightening speed had gone in vain. The entrance port, on the other hand, is a way too narrow for a hand to reach, and will not allow to use a standard brush neither. It's, indeed, one of the most adorable models on the market, and definitely does a job for the money, but I'm not sure how much one can benefit from a device that while raising the overall humidity on the premises starts shooting mushrooms in the air two days after it was purchased.Product Review: Cute.

Simple to use. Cute. Quiet. Plastic smell noted by some went away after a few uses. No problems with the unit making wet spots on the floor or furniture as also noted by some. Tank cap does sometimes go on crooked, so that's a small annoyance. This is a replacement unit for the penguin model which stopped working after I accidentally spilled water inside it. Be careful when placing the tank back on its base that you don't get water in the air impeller.Product Review: Excellent! Easy to use, green light a little bright.

First of all, extremely cute. Kids will love having it in their rooms. Extremely easy to use -- just pull it out of the box and go. No filters to mess with, other than the optional demineralization filter, which just replaces the screw on top. Great output. Overall, excellent. Well I work in the HVAC field so I know about humidity. I haven't taken a meter to my room yet to measure the actual humidity level on and off but I think my morning dry throat has been lessened since using it. It's a piece of cake to use. I have city water so I don't get dust. I fill it every two days with it on the medium setting. I rinse it with bleach every two weeks, no sign of algae. I'm a 25 year old dude and I don't mind that it's a cow. His name is Phil.
