This seemingly simple little item is just wonderful! The fleece cover is soft and warm and really reduces rain-out. In addition it makes sleeping with the hose easier. The fleece keeps the hose from sliding around, off the edge of the bed and i no longer notice it against my arm as i sleep because it is warm and soft not a plastic hose lying on me at night. The cover stays in place and even quiets the noise of air blowing through the hose. All in all a great way to improve your comfort level while sleeping with a CPAP.
