Coromega is a great way to get omega 3 instead of taking fish oil capsules. It comes in a little packet like ketchup does. It tastes like orange pudding. No fish taste. I have used this product for years. Previously purchased from an on line health supplier. Amazon price is significantly cheaper. Product has no fishy taste, has an excellent creamy orange flavor and is extremely convenient to use and carry with you if necessary. Individually packaged. Reminds me of an orange sherbet taste. Our daughter suggested we try using Coromega as method to get enough Omega 3. My husband has Alzheimer Disease
and I must be on my toes to meet his needs. So I've begun taking 1 dose a day, been using it for 2 months now. I use the Orange with a hint of chocolate. Great taste! Went online and at Amazon.com and found it less expensive than to buy it locally. I'm happy with my purchase.
