My husband and I have been using this product for over a year. The taste is great (you don't even taste any hint of fish oil). But here is the proof that it works. Recently, my husband had a total physical required in his line of work. After the lab tests came back, the doctor remarked that she didn't understand how his cholesterol had come down, yet he had gained a few pounds.
