I suffered from waking each morning with headaches for as long as I can remember. I finally decided to try this pillow and it has been amazing. I have been using it for a couple of months now and have only awakened with a headache maybe 2 times and they were not the severe kind I used to have. I am 72 so it is never too late to learn. I have a herniated C5/6 disk that makes sleeping a very challenging prospect. I've tried several pillows over the years and this one tops the list. Why?
