This pillow was much smaller than I expected but the placement of it right at the knee or above is great for sleeping and for comfort on my spine and legs. I had hip surgery about 8 months ago and need this extra lift.Product Review: Not memory foan

No real support. Very flimsy construction. I would not buy again. If it offered ANY SUPPORT AT ALL, it would have been useful, but this thing is just too cheap and flimsy to be of much use to anyone.
