No real support. Very flimsy construction. I would not buy again. If it offered ANY SUPPORT AT ALL, it would have been useful, but this thing is just too cheap and flimsy to be of much use to anyone. Product Review: Summer pillow, winter wrestling... read on :)

As a 5'6" gal with "a few extra pounds" I found the size of the pillow just fine. Quality of the foam and sewn cover is good, foam still recovers to full size well after a few months of use.
I will say it's GREAT in the summer, when I use smooth cotton sheets. When it turns cold I switch to jersey & flannel sheets, the cover on this thing may as well be velcro then! You'll end up wrestling with it to change position.
Note: Harmless when thrown at howling cats in the middle of the night.
