I had back surgery and my doctor recommended that I sleep with a pillow between my knees to keep spine in alignment. I have washed the cover, and the pillow could be squished to get it in and out. It has a very small zipper that does not bother me at all. This product does the trick for me.Product Review: Not that Great

This is a really soft pillow, with a very nice soft cover. Unfortunately, the inside is too soft to provide enough support for most people. When I put it between my legs, it gets compressed too easily and my legs touch, which is not what is supposed to happen. This leg pillow doesn't provide enough support to keep your legs apart while sleeping.Product Review: Pillow

Unless you've purchased this product online and are just getting a second one, I would not recommend buying this product online. It is too difficult to judge the size and quality.
I bought this product for my pregnant wife to help improve her sleep, and we found that it is cheaply made and the cushion does not hold up to very much weight at all.
Next time around, we will be going to a store, so we can better examine the product and determine that it is suitable to our needs.
