I purchased two Contour pillows as a Christmas Gifts. One came packaged well; it was very soft and ready to use. The other looked like it had already been taken out of the original package and wrapped in plastic. It was hard and ungiving. Hard to believe you can order two pillows at the same time with the only difference being the color, but when you receive them they are totally different. Don't believe the detailed description. This pillow is really only 1 lb. It's also made in China. The box it comes in, looks like someone just tossed it together. The pillow I received is also oddly cut and pieces of foam would flake off. This pillow is definitely not worth 21.99. I'd go with the HoMedics Ortho Therapy Leg Spacer Support Pillow with Velour Cover.Product Review: What memory?
