I bought this because I'm pregnant and on modified bed rest. I'm not supposed to lay on my back but a person can only lay on their sides for so long. I was using a bunch of pillows to elevate my torso but it really wasn't comfortable. So I looked into the different back support wedges. I bought this one and like it. You do have to be careful when moving it since the zippers come undone very easily. Also, I've a smaller frame (5.6ft and 125 lbs) and do OK with it. My husband tried it out and he felt like he was going to fall off if he moved even an inch. So I would say that if you have a larger frame, this might not be for you. I, however, have enjoyed being able to "lay" on my back comfortably for the first time in months!
