Mine lasted less than a year before it shorted out and started blasting like a jet engine that was about to blow. The volume ring did nothing at all. I put it inside a drawer and kept using it for another month before it finally died completely. When it was working, I could hear the recording loop while it played which was annoying.
Don't buy this, it's a POS.
