Customer Review: An "OK" neck massager

For the price, this is an "ok" neck massager. The neck massager device itself is actually pretty nice. The heat device though is weak at best -- you can barely feel the heat from it. The device is quite noisy regardless of whether you have it on the high or low setting. As someone else noted, there is no width adjustment so if you have wide shoulders, it may not be that comfortable.
