Product Reviews of Conair HP15RB Moist King-Size Heating Pad with Automatic OffProduct Review: Great product! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a fabulous heating pad and even better price! I use it a lot with the foam insert that you wet so you have moist heat, and this really makes a difference to me; I have Fibromyalgia so I have aches and pains constantly. I've used it all over for sore muscles and joints, back, shoulders, legs, anywhere! and it stays in place well with the included strap. There are pricier heating pads that I am sure are great, but this one is awesome for the price! The only downfall to me is that the foam insert is kinda awkward getting in, but it's not that big of a deal to me. Highly recommending this one!
Product Review: HEATING PAD Summary: 4 Stars
CONAIR'S INSTRUCTION BOOKLET NEVER MENTIONED A WORD ABOUT THE AUTOMATIC OFF FEATURE,SO ONE IS LEFT WITH THE QUESTION AS TO WHAT TRIGGERS IT. I HAD TO CALL CONAIR TO GET THE ANSWER OF 2 TO 2 1/2 HOURS OF BEING ON WILL THEN TRIGGER THE AUTOMATIC OFF.

Defective item. Switch on item didn't work. After 3 or 4 inquiries, they finally wrote and told me they would issue me a refund. I will be watching closely for it. I wasn't impressed with their communication efforts.
Product Review: Just not hot enough Summary: 2 Stars
We can send people to the moon but apparently the perfect heating pad is still beyond us. I bought this pad for hand/arm/wrist and neck rsi. Plus side: Great size that covers all back and neck; auto shutoff; long cord; 3 heat settings. Minus side: Too stiff to wrap around my arm or wrist; there's no way to turn off the auto shutoff feature which is on the quick side; and it's really just not very hot. I had your standard-issue Walgreens Sunbeam before this one, and it was several factors hotter (if that pad was a the temp of a nice hot bath, this one runs about the temp in in the shower when you know the hot water's about to run out). I need more heat to really relax my tight muscles. If you're heat-sensitive this could work for you. And my cat is quite fond of it.
Product Review: Just what I wanted Summary: 5 Stars
This heating pad has worked great for me in the 2 months I've had it. I have an achy back and I lie on the pad to help me go to sleep at night. (Yes, I know you're not supposed to do that!) The medium setting is perfect-- hot enough to work on my back but not so hot that it's dangerous to sleep on. The auto-shutoff works fine and it would be hard to accidentally change the settings on the control. I haven't tried the moist heat. If you want a flexible pad to wrap around your arm or leg, this would not be the one to buy as the pad is fairly stiff. This works to my advantage, as the previous soft pad I used would wrinkle and bunch up. For what I use it for, this pad is perfect!
