I like this product pretty well. It does a great job of straightening and often my sisters will steal it from me because they like it so much. The only problem I have with it is it's size. Even though I have longer hair, the straightener is almost too big to effectively straighten my hair. I will often have to go over the same section of hair again. Also, I have had trouble with my hair getting caught in some of the grooves. But, even though it has some problems, it still does a pretty good job when you get accustomed to working around its problems.Product Review: works great but too big

I purchased this item because of the good reviews and the bargain price. It heats up fast and works as advertised. But it's quite tough to straighten hair of medium length, especially around ear, because the plate size is too thick.Product Review: Works like a charm!

Amazing product-- I've tried using straighteners before, and it either took forever, or they were too difficult to use on my hair (which is very thick). This straightener feels substantial, but is still easy to use (the metal plates always somehow manage to lay flat against each other, straightening a lot of hair in each stroke), and my hair comes out stick-straight after just one stroke. It now takes 5 minutes in the morning to straighten my hair, and it's a heck of a lot easier than I ever believed it would be.
GREAT product- works perfectly, made with good quality, and will hardly put a dent in your wallet. Will recommend this to everyone I know!
