Nothing about this thing works as advertised. There is no heating element, hence no hot water. The "strong massage" consists of two rows of bubbles that are weaker than most bottles of seltzer. The "soothe and massage" attachments are hard plastic nodes that just sit there: you'd have to lift your feet out of the water, bend your knees and move your feet back and forth against them to feel anything. A plain plastic washtub filled with warm water would be easier to fill and empty, and do your feet as much good. I intend to complain to Conair -- though I suspect that a company which lies on its packaging won't pay much attention.
