I've been using Vega for 3 months now and am so pleased with the results. I did a ton of online research to find the best nutritional powder before undergoing a bone graft surgery to correct a broken ankle. My results brought me to Vega. Healthy eating has always been important to me but became even more of a priority during recovery. You can't beat the nutritional facts on Vega.
I generally use about 3/4 of a scoop twice a day. I feel balanced and full of energy. In my shakes I also mix in "Super Seed" fiber powder, Amazing Grass' "Green Superfood", maca powder, frozen mangoes, soy milk and coconut water. Delicious and filling. I haven't tried the other Vega flavors because I'm a big fan of the Natural flavor.
Highly recommend Vega for health and healing!
